Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) has named its recommendations to replace its existing board.
Tom Henning Slethei, Ole Rettedal and Morten Garman announced the five potential directors as Erik Henriksen (chair), Tone Bjørnov (deputy chair), Andreas Greve-Isdahl, Silje Christine Augustson and Ole Rettedal – who abstained from considering his own candidature.
The majority recommendation from the committee has ensured representation of both the largest and the second-largest shareholders – Erik Henriksen and Andreas Greve-Isdahl of Sabaro Investments Limited, and Ole Rettedal of IKM Industri-Invest AS.
However it cannot support the board’s composition in the minority’s proposal with four directors.
The recommendation with all five proposed directors was adopted with Tom Henning Slethei’s casting vote.
