Savenna has confirmed that Ken Mullen has resigned as a director of the firm.
Mr Mullen, who is also chief exectuve, will step down from the role today.
The Board of Directors has formed a special committee, made of Chris Strong, John Hooks and Kevin Nugent, to act as an advisor to the acting president and chief executive officer and to review and provide input on matters that may arise while finidng a replacment.
Dwayne LaMontagne, executive vice-president, will stand in for Mr Mullen in the interim.
Jim Saunders, chairman of the board, said: “The board of directors would like to thank Ken for his leadership and significant contributions to Savenna both as a board member and as president and chief executive and wishes him well in his future endeavors.”
