Dong Energy has made changes to its board of directors.
Jorn Jensen will step down from his position as deputy chair at the annual general meeting next month.
Lene Skole and Lynda Armstrong have been nominated as new members to Dong Energy’s board of directors.
Ms Skole has also been nominated as the new deputy chair.
Thomas Thune Andersen, chairman of the nomination committee and chairman of the board of directors of DONG Energy A/S, said: “I’m pleased that we’ve succeeded in finding two so strong candidates for DONG Energy’s board of directors, and I look forward to working with Lene Skole and Lynda Armstrong.
