Shell is looking for a buyer for its Frederica Refinery in Denmark.
The oil major has also agreed to sell both its retail and commercial fuel marketing operations in Denmark to Couche-Tard.
The deal includes the oil major’s retail, commercial fleet, commercial fuels, aviation and trading and supply products business.
It will be managed by Couche-Tard’s wholly owned subsidiary Statoil Fuel and Retail.
