Peak Oil & Gas has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new non-executive director.
The company said Peter Armitage, an experience public company director, will join the board.
Armitage has more than 20 years’ experience serving on the board of numerous oil and gas and resource companies.
These directorships include the ASX-listed companies Strategic Energy Resources Limited, Oroya Mining Limited and Bass Strait Oil Company Limited.
The move comes after Jeff Steketee and Jim Durrant resigned as directors earlier this week.
The Peak Board is now comprised of Geoffrey Albers,Rae Clark and Armitage.
