Real Energy said a director has resigned from his position with the company.
Michael Mager will leave his role with the Australian firm with immediate effect.
Earlier this week AWE Limited announced its chief executive would be stepping down from his role.
A spokesman for Real Energy said it thanks Mager for his contribution to the team.
In February the company said it would be increasing its acreage in the Cooper Basin.
The oil and gas exploration firm acquired a permit covering an area of 1,043km2, increasing the firm’s acreage position in the field to 9,357km2.
