Victoria Oil & Gas, the Cameroon utility company, has confirmed that James McBurney has resigned as a non-executive director.
McBurney stepped down after relocating to the United States to pursue business interests in the alternative fuels sector.
Chairman Kevin Foo, said: “I would like to thank Jim for his energetic and professional work for the Board and, without doubt, his input has made us a better Company. I wish him the very best in his new ventures in the USA.”
