Armed men set a Saudi Aramco bus, carrying employees, on fire in Saudi Arabia amid heightened tensions.
State news agency SPA said the armed men stopped the bus in the country’s oil-producing Eastern Province before setting it alight.
The bus was reportedly in the district of Qatif, which was the home to executed Shiite cleric Nimr-Nimr.
State oil firm Saudi Aramco said none of its employees were injured in the incident.
Pictures on social media show rescue services dousing the flames as black smoke billows from the bus.
The controversial execution saw tensions flare between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia cut diplomatic ties with Iran after its embassy in Tehran was attacked.
However, Brent later slipped 4%.
Experts said mass oversupply was countering any historical spike oil price would have amid political pressure.
