Global Petroleum said one of its non-executive directors has resigned from its board.
Peter Dighton said he had made the decision as a result of other business interests.
He will leave the board with effect from next week.
Global said the company has begun a process to recruit a replacement non-executive director.
Chairman, John van der Welle said: “On behalf of the Board, I’d like to thank Peter for his valuable contribution as a Director over the last four years, and previously in the years 2003 to 2008, and to wish him well with his other business interests.”
