A major energy sector conference which debuted in Aberdeen this year will return for a second installment in 2020.
The second Energy Exports Conference (EEC), organised by the Energy Industries Council (EIC), will be held at P&J Live on June 18-19 next year.
More than 500 people attended the inaugural EEC at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre in June, 2019.
Its aim was to help energy service companies break into new export markets by giving them a chance to hear from and speak to major operators and tier one contractors.
More than 20 global firms, including Saudi Aramco, BP and Shell, showcased their projects, giving suppliers a platform to find out how they can contribute and meet new partners.
Experts from various government agencies were also on hand to mete out advice on how to find and secure clients in various regions.
EIC said the event would be useful for supply chain companies who haven’t started exporting yet, but want to, as well as firms with experience of trading overseas.
