Offshore catering and service firm Trinity International is investing in its Norwegian and Singapore bases.
The firm said it has grown its staffing at Trinity Nordic in Norway by 10% to 33, including a new director, Arve Andersen, and Bard Gunnar Skraning as financial controller.
It said a further three appointments were expected in coming months to support the firm’s onshore operations in Norway, with the potential for an additional 32 offshore staff, which would take total staffing in Norway to 68.
In Singapore, Trinity has spent more than £600,000 on increasing its office space and facilities for its energy support management division.
Trinity International chairman Stuart MacBride, said: “We have a growing customer base in Norway and Singapore so we felt it was important to make further investments in our bases in these regions to ensure we have resources in place as our international businesses continue to grow.
Trinity already has offices in France, Algeria, Newfoundland and Trinidad in addition to its headquarters in Bon Accord Square, Aberdeen. It employs 209 people, with 19 of those in Aberdeen and three in Singapore. Its latest reported turnover, for 2010-11, was £8.95million.
