A seminar in Aberdeen tomorrow will look at the challenges faced by both women and men in becoming effective leaders.
The event, organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Energy Institute, will focus on leadership challenges within culturally diverse organisations.
The programme of panels and workshops is from 8am to 5pm at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
