BW Offshore said three remaining crew missing after an explosion had been recovered.
The announcement means the total number of fatalities following the incident stands at nine workers.
Last month an explosion occurred on Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit Cidade de Sao Mateus.
The unit is operated for Petrobas by BW Offshore on the Camarupim and Camarupim Norte in Espirito Santo littoral which is approximately 120km from the coast.
The company said two crew members remain in hospital where they are receiving medical attention and their condition is reported to be stable.
Chief executive Carl Arnet said: “The rescue efforts of the past several days have now ended and all our men are accounted for. There is finally closure for the families of those we have lost.
“There will be continued efforts to provide the necessary support to the crew and families whose lives have been changed forever by this tragedy.
“We are grateful for the tireless support we have received from our client Petrobras and partners, as well as the local authorities.
“Our focus continues on getting to the root cause of the incident. We are also in discussions about reinstating the unit and finding continued employment for our crew.”
A total of 74 people were onboard the FPSO, when the incident happened, which has been in operation since 2009. The surviving crew members have since been evacuated, production has been stopped and the unit shut down.
Petrobras confirmed it had notified the Navy and the National Agency of Petroleum Natural Gas and Biofuels following the explosion.
