Catering firm Entier was presented with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise yesterday.
The accolade recognises the Westhill, Aberdeenshire-based firm’s international trade achievements.
Unveiled as a Queen’s Award winner in June, Entier grew overseas sales by 71% in just three years.
International profits surpassed domestic profits for the first time last year.
Receiving the Queen’s Award from Aberdeenshire Lord-Lieutenant James Ingleby, Entier managing director Peter Bruce said: “From Aberdeen roots, our global company has seen remarkably successful growth.
“We made a strategic decision never to enter a new international marketplace with a new client and have never deviated from this – we haven’t needed to.”
Entier was one of six north and north-east firms recognised in this year’s Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.
Other companies celebrating success include Avoch-based award winner FAO27, Oldmeldrum firm Flowline Specialists and Granite City companies Online Valves, HRH Geology and John Ross Jr (Aberdeen).
