Gazprom is said to be in talks with Norwegian authorities about a possible stake in OMV Norway.
According to reports, the stake In the company’s Norwegian subsidiary is linked to a swap agreement signed by the pair in April.
It means OMV will receive one share in development on two blocks in the Urengoyskoye gas field in Siberia, against OMV transferring parts of its Norwegian assets to Gazprom.
