Songa Offshore said its revenues have increased in the second quarter of this year to $200million up from $122million in the same period of 2015.
The company said it had reported a loss of $86.3million.
Songa Offshore currently operates a fleet of seven rigs, four new and three older.
In a statement the company said both the UKCS and NCS continued to be challenging amid the global oil price decline.
All four rigs constructed in South Korea are now working for Statoil.
Chief executive Lynne Iversen said the Cat D rigs were delivering “solid” results.
