US firm ConocoPhillips has signed a long-term contract with Solstad Offshore ASA for a platform supply vessel.
The independent has contracted the ‘Normand Leader’for a period of four years.
The contract has a further 3 yearly options and will commence in April 2018.
The ship was built in 2013 and can carry up to 6150 metric tonnes.
