International oil and gas services group Hunting said yesterday profits for 2011 were likely to have exceeded the City’s predictions for a haul of up to £72.8million.
It added trading since it last updated the market in mid-November had been stronger-than-expected, boosted by strong demand in its North American and Asia-Pacific businesses.
