SCOTTISH asset-management firm Sigma Capital Group said yesterday it had acquired urban-regeneration specialist Inpartnership from West Coast Capital (WCC) – the investment vehicle of entrepreneur Sir Tom Hunter – in an all-share deal worth £347,000.
Sigma said it had also agreed to pay WCC a share of the first £10million of development profits generated, up to £3.1million.
Inpartnership carries out large-scale regeneration projects, which Sigma said meant long-term options for a mix of residential, commercial, education and health opportunities which could be worth £2billion-plus.
