Cosalt shareholders are expected to meet soon to decide the company’s future.
Investors will vote on chairman David Ross’s plans to take it private at an extraordinary meeting.
It comes after the deadline for shareholders to accept his takeover offer passed yesterday, with Mr Ross increasing the number of shares under his control to just over 56%.
Mr Ross needs 75% of shareholders to back his proposal to take Cosalt off the Stock Exchange.
The EGM is expected to take place in the last week of this month.
