Antrim Energy said yesterday it would sell its Argentina business to focus on its UK operations.
The oil and gas operator said Crown Point Ventures was to acquire Antrim Argentina, allowing it to turn all its attention to higher-return opportunities in the UK North Sea. The deal is worth around £33million.
Antrim also said its pre-tax losses widened to £34.6million in 2011, from £4.7million the year before.
