Bath-based oil firm Union Jack is looking to float on the AIM this month
The onshore exploration company, founded by entrepreneur David Bramhill, aims to apply before the end of January to the alternative market, with Shore Capital as adviser and broker.
The company, which announced had farmed into the Westerdale gas discovery last month, is looking for shareholder approval to isssue 310,000,000 ordinary shares, at 0.25p a share.
