North Sea operator Premier Oil is set to appoint two new non-executive director to its boards.
Anne Marie Cannon, who has more than 30 years working in energy and banking with roles at Shell, British Borneo and most recently Morgan Stanley, will join the board on February 1, 2014.
While, David Bamford, who has spent 23 years working at BP in various roles and most recently help the position of senior independent director at Tullow Oil, will join Premier’s board on May 1, 2014.
Both will leave their current positions before taking up their new roles at Premier.
“I am delighted to welcome Anne Marie and David to the board and am absolutely confident that their experience and skills will be of enormous value to the board and the company as a whole,” said chairman Mike Welton.
