Aberdeen-based oil and gas training specialist MDT International has won contracts worth a total of £1million in the past three months.
It said the deals included long-term agreements with major oil and gas operators and involved work in Angola, Brazil and Australia.
Managing director Drew Leitch added: “We have an ambitious growth strategy and this achievement is testament to the hard work of all our staff.
“Some of these contracts build on relationships with existing clients and we are delighted they want to engage with us to provide them with long-term training support.
“We see Africa and South America as key growth areas for the business and it is rewarding to achieve early success in these regions.”
He added: “MDT has been greatly assisted by Scottish Development International, UK Trade and Investment and the local chamber of commerce.
“It has been great to see these organisations work well together to the benefit of the Scottish and UK companies they represent.
“We believe the recent delivery of our first public courses in Tanzania and in Brazil will have a significant positive impact in raising further awareness of MDT International in these markets.
“Our established open courses in locations such as London also continue to attract fantastic support from both existing and new clients.”
Since 1992 MDT International has delivered thousands of training courses to oil and gas personnel in more than 70 countries. Its courses include practical training on financial, commercial and management topics.
