The Oslo Stock Exchange has approved the listing of Aker Solutions Holding ASA.
The financial institution paved the way for Aker Solutions Holding ASA to begin trading shares at the end of the month. The firm will later be renamed Aker Solutions ASA following a strategic company split.
Aker Solutions Holding ASA was created to facilitate the demerger of Aker Solutions into two independent companies – Aker Solutions ASA and Akastor ASA.
The last day of trading for the existing Aker Solutions is September 26.
Energy Voice previously revealed the plans to peel off the business streams in a bid to reduce costs and bolster the company’s subsea and engineering services.
