US oil producer Nostra Terra has more than doubled production and is on the lookout for more in-country assets.
The company, publishing its quarter results, reported that output had grown by 112% to 8,663 barrels in the second quarter of 2015. The company’s assets include interests in Chisholm Trail, Oklahoma, Eagle Ford in Texas and prospects in Wyoming.
Revenues for the period were $320,000.
The company said it continued to see an increasing number of potential assets available for acquisition and anticipates that will continue as the markets adjust to lower commodity prices.
It is particularly interested in assets that are already producing, or are drilling, or drill-ready immediately.
Chief executive Matt Lofgran, said: “We will continue to seek out opportunities to grow the company during this time of lower asset value while keeping overheads low.”
