Seaowl has acquired Wellstaff for an undisclosed sum.
Wellstaff recorded EUR33.5million in revenue last year.
Seaowl will merge Wellstaff, Fortiori and Nexource into a new entity dubbed Seaowl Energy Services.

David Thomas, who will lead SeaOwl Energy Services, added: “With the acquisition of Wellstaff, we have chosen to accelerate our strategy of consolidation in the area of manpower services and technical assistance to energy companies.
