EnergySys said it will move into the next stage of its US expansion plans.
The company has signed a partnership agreement with Pumpjack Online in Texas.
The deal was completed last month.
The move will bring experience from Brian Eukel, Pumpjack Online’s chief executive, who has more than twenty years experience in the oil and gas industry, with ten of those in production accounting, including periods spent with Sigmafine and Merrick Systems.
Dr Peter Black, managing director of the company, said: “We are delighted to be working with Pumpjack Online.
