Noble Energy said it made a smaller than expected quarterly loss as it raised its full-year forecast for total sales volume.
The company said it expects its sales volume to fall to a range of 405,000-415,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the current quarter.
The company has also maintained its capital budget of less than $1.5billion for 2016.
Noble also nearly tripled its net loss to $315million in the second quarter from $109miilion.
