Production has resume at Chevron’s Gorgon LNG export project.
The oil major revealed the move after operations were temporarily shutdown last week.
The stoppage was the third to hit the project since it started up in March this year.
The plant was shut as part of a brief unplanned outage that delayed a handful of shipments but there were no cancellations, according to reports.
A spokesman for Chevron said production at Gorgon LNG Train 1 had been halted temporarily for minor maintenance.
Restart activities are not underway.
Output from the plant’s second production line, known as Train 2, was unaffected and continues to ramp up, the spokesman added.
