Semco Maritime has been awarded a framework agreement with Aker BP in Norway.
The company said the contract is for delivery of offshore personnel to the recently-formed firm.
Semco will offer offshore personnel to Aker BP including mechanical, electrical, automation instrument, radio and crane specialists and health counselors.
The framework agreement has a duration of three years with an option for a total of three-year extension.
Bridget Nja, vice operation of support in Semco Maritime in Stavanger, said the contract award is one of “strategic importance” for the company.
