Seadrill said today that it had agreed a three year contract extension with Saudi Aramco for the AOD III jack-up rig.
Seadrill, a London-headquartered offshore drilling contractor, said the extension through to December 2019 would add about $112.5million to its contract backlog.
It follows the three year extensions of the AOD I and AOD II announced in July.
The three units have been working for Saudi Aramco since 2013.
