DeepOcean has been awarded a contract to provide post-lay trenching offshore Abu Dhabi.
The award comes after the successful completion of two other contracts in waters off the UAE in 2016 and early 2017.
The post-lay trenching and backfilling works on 56km of power cable will take place in late 2017, with DeepOcean’s T1 being mobilised from the UK after extensive upgrades.
