Oceaneering International has secured a decades worth of ROV work for an international oil and gas operator.
The Houston based firm has entered into the agreement with the unnamed oil firm to provide services off Canada.
The service provision, for offshore of Newfoundland and Labrador, is expected to last until 2026.
In addition, Oceaneering will supply tooling and project support, including project management and associated engineering services.
Under the terms of the contract, Oceaneering is to provide two ROV systems onboard a Multi-Function Platform Support Vessel supporting the customer’s operations.
The scope of work may include subsea construction, inspection, maintenance and repair services on existing and future infrastructure.
