American oil field services provider Halliburton has appointed Christopher Weber as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
He joins Halliburton from Parker Drilling Company, where he had served four years as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Weber has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, having held roles in finance, strategic planning and corporate development.
He had previously served as the vice president and treasurer of Ensco where he led the company’s global treasury and risk management functions.
He holds an MBA in finance and strategic management from the University of Pennsylvania.
