International oil and gas firm Falcon has announced that Dr György Szabó is to stand down after 10 years at the head of the firm.
His departure takes effect immediately, the company said in a statement.
Dr Szabó had been a director at the company since 2006 but has decided to retire.
30 June 2017 – Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV: FO, AIM: FOG, ESM: FAC) announces that Dr. György Szabó, a director of Falcon since 2006 has decided to retire from Falcon’s board with effect from today.
Joachim Conrad, chairman of Falcon, said: “On behalf of the board I would like to thank Dr. Szabó for his many years of valuable service to the Company and wish him the very best on his retirement.”
Falcon’s current portfolio is focused in Australia, South Africa and Hungary. It is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with a technical team based in Budapest, Hungary.
