Newly formed OSV provider Solstad Farstad has been awarded a one year contract for its AHTS BOS Turquesa vessel.
The work – for Petrobras – will start in July this year, and the Brazilian firm will have the option to extend the contract for an additional year.
The commercial terms of the agreement will be kept private between both parties.
The ship was built in 2007 and has capacity for 30 workers on board.
Solstad Farstad was formed after a merger between Solstad Offshore and Farstad Shipping last month.
