AIM listed Frontera Resources has had its natural gas transportation licence renewed in Georgia.
The European-focused independent oil and gas exploration and production company operates a 14-km natural gas pipeline which it built in 2014.
The pipeline connects the firm’s natural gas processing facility at Mtsarekhevi Gas Complex with Georgia’s natural gas distribution grid.
The initial licence was issued on April 16, 2014, and was effective for two years.
In 2016, the licence was subsequently extended for one year, through 14 November 2017.
The current extension is effective for five years until November 2022.
