Europa Oil & Gas said today that it would appeal against Surrey Councils refusal to approve a construction traffice management plan for an exploration project.
London-listed Europa previously said the council had decided to put off a decision on the plan.
Europa said it believes the plan meets all requirements and vowed to submit an appeal to the planning inspectorate.
The plan is part of Europa’s preparations for an exploration well on the Holmwood prospect, in which it holds a 20% stake.
