ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, the world’s largest interdealer broker, has appointed Joe Hutchinson to lead the group’s new oil business.
ICAP, who hold offices in both London and Singapore, say that that they will to offer a full suite of oil products globally.
Mr Hutchinson returns to ICAP where he was co-head of oil between 2000 and 2013.
ICAP say that Mr Hutchison brings with him a “wealth of experience” having previously managed both brokering and trading businesses.
