THE Offshore Decommissioning Conference, organised jointly by Decom North Sea and Oil & Gas UK, took place at Dunblane Hydro last month.
Held over three days, the conference was a complete sellout and attended by more than 200 people.
As well as a drinks reception sponsored by AKD Engineering Ltd – photographs from which are featured on this page – the conference also held a dinner for delegates. The after-dinner speaker was Scots cyclist Mark Beaumont, the current world-record holder for the fastest circumnavigation of the world by bicycle.
