ABERDEEN subsea technology business Triton Group is ramping up its presence in the US with the launch of Sub-Atlantic Inc, one year on from the acquisition of Granite City firm Sub-Atlantic.
It announced at OTC last year that it had purchased the designer and maker of remotely operated technologies. Sub-Atlantic Inc already has a new £500,000 facility in Houston. The 5,000sq ft centre has been established to boost opportunities in the Gulf of Mexico. Customers will have access to complete remotely operated vehicle systems from stock, with the first due next month.
