ABERDEEN oilfield service company Dominion Gas said yesterday that it had just completed a further £4million investment in the business to help growth.
Contracts were awarded for a variety of goods, including new cylinders, new helium road tankers and other equipment.
Dominion chief executive George Yule said: “This most recent set of contract awards by Dominion Gas further underlines the company’s intent to further develop our current levels of business in both the UK and Norway, in parallel with our ambitions across various other international locations.”
The company reported significant growth, both in the North Sea and in its target markets overseas, and will shortly be unveiling a range of new product lines together with opening its own gas-fill facilities in the Middle East and Africa later this year.
Dominion, an independent supplier of diving and industrial gases to the offshore industry, has annual turnover in excess of £20million and employs 75 staff worldwide with other offices in Baku, Singapore, west Africa, plus Norway and representation in the United Arab Emirates and Latin America.
