Aberdeen-based global energy consultancy Xodus Group has announced the appointment of a new subsea analysis lead.
Ismael Ripoll will steer Xodus Group’s finite element analysis (FEA) team, covering areas such as steel and flexible pipelines, pressure vessels and structures.
Mr Ripoll joins the firm from Intecsea where he acted as technical authority of the advanced analysis team.
He has also worked for KW Subsea and Atkins and has successfully led several consultancy projects.
Mr Ripoll, who will be based in the company’s London office, said: “I am pleased to be joining a company with such a strong reputation for technical excellence.
