MECHANICAL service company EnerMech has extended its relationship with Apache North Sea by landing a £1million contract.
The Aberdeen company will supply rigging lofts and all portable lifting equipment to Forties field platforms Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo.
The contract – which is for three years with the possibility of two one-year options – was won in a competitive tender.
It follows the award last year to EnerMech of a £6million contract to provide crane and maintenance services for the same Apache assets in the Forties field.
EnerMech business-development director John Wingfield said: “This latest contract with Apache cements an ongoing relationship and we are delighted they opted again to engage us in the Forties field.”
