International oil and gas facility service provider Petrofac said today it had appointed two new directors.
Rene Medori, finance director at Anglo American and previously finance director of The BOC Group, joins the Petrofac board as a non-executive director.
Marwan Chedid, chief executive of Petrofac’s engineering, construction, operations and maintenance division, becomes an executive director on the company’s main board.
