ABERDEEN oil and gas service firm XPD8 Solutions hopes to recruit 20 people in a year to meet demand.
The company, which manages maintenance systems for oil and gas producing assets, said it had an order book of £6.5million and needed to boost its 35-strong workforce. Managing director Mark Cavanagh. who founded the company in 2003, said: “We are continuing to win business because of our innovative approach.”
