THE Association for Project Management (APM) is hosting its annual conference in Aberdeen on February 16.
Theme of the day will be “Developing Skills for Successful Projects”, something in which the oil&gas industry is well versed.
Built into the programme is a workshop that will examine the skills and knowledge requirements for progression through internationally-recognised qualifications. This will be supported by case studies, including deliveries by Chris Bird, technical director of Centrica Energy Upstream, and Pete Somner, asset technical department manager at Technip.
Throughout the day, a number of industry recognised keynote speakers will also address the conference attendees.
