GULFSTREAM Services, which provides equipment to the international oil and gas industry, said yesterday it had been awarded a certification of ISO 9001:2008 for both its UK and American operations.
This accreditation is for both Gulfstream Services Inc covering its Gulf of Mexico operations and Gulfstream Services (UK) following an audit of its quality management system.
Gulfstream Services Inc was established in America in 1978 and now has four bases across the US.
Gulfstream Services UK was set up in January 2010 in Aberdeen to serve the international oil and gas industry.
Gulfstream Services Inc quality systems manager Brian Bordelon said: “We are delighted to achieve this accreditation for both our businesses at the same time. It is a reward for our company’s commitment to provide a first-class service to all our customers.”
