Aberdeen oil and gas consultancy Maxoil Solutions has boosted its expansion drive with the opening of two new international offices.
The company has established a base in London and moved to larger premises in Houston in the city’s energy corridor.
The developments came after Maxoil identified both the southern UK and US energy sectors as key target markets and client locations for its continued growth.
With four employees based in London and three working from the Houston base, the company expects future expansion to be delivered through these offices, with its Aberdeen headquarters acting as a hub.
Maxoil, which recently increased its overall global workforce from 21 to 32, aims to further expand its international presence in 2012 through setting up an office in Perth, Australia, and relocating its existing office in Norway.
News of the opening of the new offices comes after Maxoil announced it was on target to increase its turnover by 70% to £5million.
Director Mel Dow said: “Expanding Maxoil’s operations on a global scale has always been a major element of our growth strategy.”
